CANCELLATION POLICY

Your treatments are reserved specially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You can also cancel online up to 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no call, no shows are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service(s) to the card on file. Guests who miss their appointments or arrive 10 minutes or more late to their appointment will not be able to receive services the same day, unless there is an opening. However, an additional 20% late fee will be added to the original service price for same day rescheduling accommodations due to tardiness. We recognize the value of everyone’s time and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. At Monarch Beauty Collective, it is understood that life can sometimes prohibit guests from attending a scheduled appointment. However, due to the high volume of appointment requests, we ask that guests who find themselves repeatedly needing to reschedule (more than 3 times per year) consider booking online or contacting us for same day availability. After 3 incidents of last minute cancellations and/or no call, no shows, the system automatically bans you from online booking. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.
